Bank account detail and Payment Methods & Guidelines for B2B Transactions with Servius Infotech Pvt Ltd To facilitate seamless financial transactions, Servius Infotech Pvt Ltd provides multiple payment methods for payment of invoices, orders, and outstanding amounts under your B2B account.
Payment Methods
We accept the following electronic fund transfer methods: RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI/Cheque
Important Notes for Electronic Transfers: For RTGS/NEFT/IMPS, you must obtain your unique customer-specific virtual account details from Servius Infotech Pvt Ltd. transfer in any personal account is strictly not allowed,
For UPI payments, you must obtain your unique customer-specific UPI QR Code from Servius Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Cash and cheque deposits in the virtual account are not allowed. Please do not deposit any kind of cash or cheque in the provided virtual account.
Payments via cheque or demand draft (DD) must be made in favor of "SERVIUS INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED". In case of cheque dishonor, a penalty of Rs. 500 + GST will be applicable.
We do not accept any kind of cash payment and electronic payment in any personal account. payment should be transferred in Companies Official Vietual Bank Account
Benefits of Using Virtual Account and QR Code for Payments:
A customer-specific virtual account number and UPI QR code will be generated at the time of business account registration. When you transfer funds to the assigned virtual account or QR code The payment will be automatically recorded in our ERP system, and you will receive instant confirmation of the credited amount in your ledger. This is a completely data-entry-free process, eliminating the possibility of manual entry errors.
Online Payment via Mobile App
You can make payment for a single or multiple invoices through our official Web Portal and Mobile app, available on the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
To make a payment:
Download and install the app.
Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the My Account tab in the bottom navigation.
Select the invoice(s) or click the Pay button.
Make the payment online through any UPI app only.
